We started in 1997 with a simple goal: to provide engineering that actually works. In an industry where projects are often plagued by delays and technical shortcuts, we decided to build Neptune on a foundation of technical honesty.
Over the last 28 years, that focus has taken us from a small specialized team to a firm that has delivered over 400 major projects—ranging from massive industrial plants to high-rise townships.
Today, we operate at scale. Even as we’ve grown into a 35 CR company, we haven't turned into a faceless corporation. We are still an engineering-led firm where our senior team stays on the ground and involved in the technical success of every project we sign our name to.
